Crowdrealestate has been nominated for the IEX Gouden Stier 2024 in the best crowdfunding platform category. This prestigious prize, organised by IEX, is awarded annually to the best rated financial service providers in the Netherlands and is based on the National Investor Survey 2024.
In this survey, in which more than 6,600 investors participated, Crowdrealestate achieved the highest overall score of 4.02 on a scale of 1 to 5. In particular, the platform scored highly in terms of user-friendliness and project presentation. These ratings underline our commitment to a transparent and accessible investment process for both novice and experienced investors.
