Construction work on the 76 holiday homes at the holiday park in Ooltgensplaat is proceeding as planned. The foundation work of all homes has been completed and the internal walls on the ground floor of 61 homes have already been bricked. Currently, the insulation boards on the outside are being fitted, hot and cold water pipes and electricity installed and the first roofs are being bricked.
The propositions 'Holiday Park Sluyshaven I, II & III' were funded by Crowdrealestate in 2023 and have been under development since then. The target term of these propositions is 24 months and the proposer's intention is to sell the properties in the interim or hold the holiday park as an investment and refinance it in its entirety.
