The propositions in Thuringia, Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia of the German residential portfolio have already been placed and the threshold amount has now been comfortably achieved. Settlement and disbursement to the borrower will therefore take place in mid-August 2022.
Through the total amount of these propositions, the bridging bank financing will be repaid. Hereby, you as an investor will receive a first right of mortgage on a cluster of flats. In addition, an interest deposit of six months on the notary's trust account will be held as security.
The total threshold amount is €20,150,000 and the total target amount €28,350,000. The target maturity of these propositions is 12 months and the fixed interest rates range from 7.0% to 8.75% per annum.

Following the successful series in Thuringia, Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia, it has been decided to finance another 4-5 new propositions in the state of Bavaria. These propositions will be published in the upcoming period. The target maturity of these propositions is 6 months and the fixed interest rates are 8.5% per annum.
